About
Create Abilities
CreateAbilities mission is to provide quality mental health treatment to children and teens, giving them the awareness, knowledge, and tools necessary to recognize and care for their emotional and social needs.
CreateAbilities understands the importance of our mental health and how it impacts various aspects of our daily life, including relationships. Treatment is tailored to the unique needs of each and every client, however it will always include caregiver’s because of their instrumental role in their child’s life. At CreateAbilities, the therapist will not only treat the client, but will also work closely with the caregiver to assist in understanding the needs of the child as well as providing them with the therapeutic skills necessary to support the child and help the family thrive.
CreateAbilities aspires to be part of a community where we care for and support one another. It dreams of a day where diagnoses are understood rather than judged. When our community comes together with more compassion and kindness we can better serve each other, decreasing the current levels of stress, pain, and violence being experienced by our youth. Createabilities hope is that our youth invests in their own personal health and wellness enough to learn and grow into the best versions of themselves.
